We are learning to read and follow instructions

This week we have been learning that we read for a purpose.

We have been reading books with instructions in them and then following the instructions.  We read 'Making a Rabbit' and 'Making a bird'. 

 We then followed the instructions to make our rabbits or birds.
We had to do a lot of cutting, pasting and checking to see if our creations looked like the ones in the books.

We were so proud when we had finished our creations.
They looked just like the ones in the book because we followed the instructions carefully.
