Counting and ordering numbers

For maths we have been learning to count and order numbers.

We have been doing this forwards and backwards.

We have also been learning to read and write our numerals.

We found a fun and active way to do this by making our own hopscotches and counting backwards and forwards as we jumped on the numbers.

We might see if we can make some larger hopscotches - I wonder if we could make one up to 20 or maybe even 100.
