This week in Room 14 we have been enjoying reading the big book called
'The Fun Bus' by Jill Eggleton.
We decided that we would like to go on a fun bus so thought we might create our own.
We designed our buses with pastels and then used dye to make our pictures more colourful. We loved watching what happened when we dyed over our white pastel.
It was like magic!
Next we wrote sentences about where we would like to go on our fun buses.
The last thing we did was decided who we would like to go with us on our fun buses. We drew pictures and glued them on to our buses. Some of us even gave our buses names and numbers.
Have a look at our finished buses - you can also come in and see them hanging up in our classroom.
